The Sugar Crush Bakery kitchen contains the following known allergens and/or uses ingredients that contain these allergens:

WHEAT - ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
DAIRY - MILK, BUTTER, EGGS
SOY - SOYBEAN OIL



PEANUTS & TREE NUTS

The Sugar Crush Bakery kitchen facility and all ingredients brought in are peanut and tree nut free . We take every precaution when purchasing ingredients to make sure they are not processed in a facility containing peanut or tree nuts. However, we cannot guarantee with 100% certainty that there was absolutely no possibility of cross contamination before the product/ingredient arrived at our bakery.

NO GLUTEN
Sugar Crush Bakery offers two types of no gluten sugar cookies, vanilla and chocolate, both decorated with our traditional royal icing. We have a separate set of mixing bowls, utensils, measuring cups and food storage containers for all ingredients that are used to make our no gluten sugar cookies.

We make every effort to insure that our no gluten cookies are free of any gluten. However, there is the possibility that a very minimal amount of cross contamination could take place since our no gluten and traditional sugar cookie dough (made with all purpose flour) are processed in the same facility and share the same oven.

Sugar Crush Bakery is NOT a certified gluten free facility.
